I updated my PRO B660M-A DDR4 bios from 7D43v1E to 7D43v1F through MSI control center, after that Realtek Audio is not detecting/showing in Windows 11 and Windows 10 dual boot OS. The Audio is enabled in Bios.

@Alan J T
Same Problem here : PRO B660M-A DDR4 updated to 7D43v1H and no Realtek device visible.
Re-Update to 1B solved the problem so far.

Form is submitted, hopefully awaiting the answer, thanks so much.

Problem fixed for me. Received bios from Alan J T, flashed the bios and Realtek audio worked. Flashed to newest bios 7d43v1H and no further issues, Realtek back in my drivers list.
PRO B660M-A WiFi DDR4.

Many thanks!
