Realtek Audio not working after Bios update

I updated my PRO B660M-A DDR4 bios from 7D43v1E to 7D43v1F through MSI control center, after that Realtek Audio is not detecting/showing in Windows 11 and Windows 10 dual boot OS. The Audio is enabled in Bios.

I also have the no sound problem and have completed the form as best I can. I upgraded to the 1.9 I think from the 1.7. I've re flashed back to the 1.7 but it hasn't fixed the sound problem. Can you advise if you received my completed form please? As an aside I also lost my Windows 11 licence on the back of the BIOS flash

Hi. Same issu. Rollback to the bios 1.6 and it Will be fine

You could at least list your Motherboard

Downgrade to 7D43v1E make sure sound is working and then use tho one sent to you

Hello, i tried today to Upgrade my BIOS from 7E02vA1 Version to 7E02vA7 version, of the Pro B760M-P DDR5 version, and i lost all my sound, realtek doesnt work anymore.
I had to downgrade at the 7E02vA1 version for functional sound.
Windows 11.

Hello! On my PRO B660M-A DDR4 motherboard, after updating to 7D43v1F and newer, the system does not have a Realtek sound card. Rolling back the firmware to 7D43v1E fixes the problem. I have filled out the required form and am waiting for your response.

I flashed the firmware you provided and the Realtek sound card was still in the Windows hardware list, the sound worked too. After that, I flashed the 7D43v1H firmware and the Realtek sound card was still in the Windows hardware list and everything works well. Thank you!
