I updated my PRO B660M-A DDR4 bios from 7D43v1E to 7D43v1F through MSI control center, after that Realtek Audio is not detecting/showing in Windows 11 and Windows 10 dual boot OS. The Audio is enabled in Bios.

Updated my PRO B660M-A DDR4 to the latest 7D43vH1 and Realtek is not showing up in device manager. Running a 12100F Intel CPU. Tried clearing CMOS, toggling HD Audio in BIOS and reinstalling the audio drivers off the MSI site but nothing seems to be working. Submitted the form from earlier in the thread. Not sure if that was the right next step.
I don't want to flash an earlier BOIS version if I don't have to.

Same problem here. I tried to update my BIOS to the latest version but it broke my sound drivers.

DOWNGRADE didnโ€™t work

I've filled the form. Please fix this.

Not working. Tried other 7 different versions of BIOS - no one has Realtek Driver and sound. What a shame.
If it is still not showing after installing the last workin' Bios version, followed by Flashing with the one I sent you you will need to contact MSI or Place of Purchase in regards to a Replacement
>>How to contact MSI.<<

Have updated the Form and listed Your Board as a No Fix

My PC Components are:

- 32gb DDR4 Ram - XPG Spectrix 3600Mhz

I have tried the lower BIOS version, 7D40v14, and it worked! :D

The BIOSes that i have tried recently are 7D40v18, 7D40v17, 7D40v16 and 7D40v14 is the only one that worked. :D

Cheers!

Hi ! Big problem after bios update on an MSI MPG B760I edge Wifi DDR5. I updated to the latest bios version because of the installation of an 14700k (lost literally contact to the gpu and under mobo nvme because of the older version) now everything works except the HD Audio controller of the mobo (not recognized in windows, activatedi in bios), i'm kind of disapointed for such a high price mobo! My Bios actual version 7D40vA7.
