Realtek audio?

Hi everyone, im new to PCs and build a bit of an older system using an x99 board but no matter what I try i cannot get realtek to work. I unistalled nvidia audio driver and installed realtek off msi's website specific for my motherboard. I ran the setup exe. It now shows up in drivers on device manager but Microsoft store will not let me install the audio control. Claiming im missing "realtek-realtekHSA.inf"
And error code "0x803fb005"
Im genuinely at a loss if anyone know how to help id me more than great full.

What is the full name of your motherboard? When we know that we will be better able to help.

Its a msi x99s gaming 9 ACK (ms-7882)
