Hi not update to last driver Realtek USB Audio Driver (UAD) Version 6.3.9600.2330 ? from MSI website

Latest version on website is 6.3.9600.2326. What's the benefit of 2330?
At the same time on Asus page,

MSI just updated their Realtek USB audio driver to 6.3.9600.2342 on Tuesday 9/27.
you simply had to wait longer for them to release it, sheesh

and you still did NOT mention what kind of MSI motherboard you are using which fauc & Svet have told you to which is even more frustrating for people here to help you out

edit - new 2342 package from MSI has the following in the \Win64\Realtek\ folder

Code:
CodecExtOem_RTK_66
RealtekASIO_8
RealtekHSA_279
RealtekService_560
RealtekUSBAPO_1062

Just downloaded the Realtek USB audio for the z690 Carbon and tried to update to the 6.3.9600.2342 version twice, it's still left me at the previous 6.3.9600.2326 version. Checking the RtUsbA64.sys file in the download package shows it's still the 2326 version, it would appear the wrong package was uploaded to the download center. Using MSI Center however did update to 2342 successfully. You might want to check the download center.

Download "Realtek HD Universal Driver_6.3.9600.2342" worked fine and RtUsbA64.sys inside is expected 6.3.9600.2342 version.
The manual download from the msi site, sometimes need a more time to reflect the new update due cache.

Noticed the package does seem to be a generic name with no version info. Perhaps adding that to the filename will resolve the cache update issue. Will make sure to check on all files without version info in the future. Thanks!

Asus update to 6.3.9600.2344 in the folder USBAud\Win64\Realtek\

RealtekASIO_9
RealtekHSA_282
RealtekService_567

this working on the msi version 6.3.9600.2342, and install on device manager to update/replace

not compatible RtUsbA64.sys (2344), RTUSBAIODAT.DAT, rtdusbad.cat, RtDUsbAD_asus.inf on this mainboard z690 torpedo

My experience with Realtek drivers have come to an end because of so many troubles.
Have disabled all Realtek interfaces in the BIOS and using a Topping D10 for audio.
The difference is extreme!

Yea pretty much done with Realtek & TOSlink myself. I was getting popping and audio dropouts whenever the GPU was under high utilization which is pretty much always is with AI training going on in the background. Required a reboot to restore audio.

Finally upgraded to an AVR with HDMI 2.1 to complete this 7.1.4 Home Theater/Gaming PC. Audio's been flawless now on both the UHD770 iGPU and 3060 via HDMI. Not sure what the MB is using for sound via HDMI but glad they both support TrueHD or DDP Atmos and DTSX.
