Hi not update to last driver Realtek USB Audio Driver (UAD) Version 6.3.9600.2330 ? from MSI website

ok i so install it and not install the new driver, will show the Realtek 2.0 USB version 1901 default driver (windows 10)

Please accept, that if the Realtek audio driver works, just accept it.
If you are for high quality audio, an external DAC is required.
I have tried it, and the difference is unbelievable!

you are asking in the wrong thread (aka. wrong place), MichelN86. this thread is about Realtek USB Audio drivers for MSI based Intel desktop motherboards only (and you're using a Crosshair laptop) and you will not get valid response here.

post your question about realtek audio drivers like 9344 for your Crosshair laptop in the GAMING Notebooks section of this forum instead

Hey bro, where can we get these updates for? MSI MB website only shows 6.3.9600.2353 and the Control console available from MS shop is at 1.41.290.0

the RealtekHSA_294 & RealtekService_616 component drivers are bundled in MSI's Realtek UAD/DCH 6.0.9514.1 driver package and Lord44 here does not show how to update them (which is useless without any method or instructions of updating these components).

download that 9514 driver but DO NOT RUN the setup.exe installer - it won't work & won't detect the Realtek USB ALC4080/ALC4082 audio devices. instead, open the package using any file archiving tool like 7zip, extract the \Realtek HD Universal Driver\Win64\Realtek\RealtekHSA_294\ and \Realtek HD Universal Driver\Win64\Realtek\RealtekService_616\ folders onto the local C: drive [like c:\temp\Realtek HD Universal Driver\Win64\Realtek\RealtekService_616\ & c:\temp\Realtek HD Universal Driver\Win64\Realtek\RealtekHSA_294\]. Run Device Manager (type devmgmt.msc in the Run dialog box), expand the "Software components" section, look for "Realtek Hardware Support Application" & update that driver to v11.0.6000.294, using the RealtekHSA.inf file from the \RealtekHSA_294\ folder. And in the same "Software components" section, look for "Realtek Audio Universal Service" & update that driver to 1.0.616.0, using the RealtekService.inf file from the \RealtekService_616\ folder.

with "Realtek Hardware Support Application" component updated to 11.0.6000.294, version 1.41.294.0 of the Realtek Audio Console app can now be obtained from the MS store.

Awesome, thanks !!:) It seems to have fixed the issue I had with a crackling left speaker, nearly every time an audio file was played. Why aren't MSI making the driver updates available via the MSI Centre? What's the point of having it, as it never keeps up with new drivers. I ran an intel scan and it discovered a bunch of stuff outdated within the motherboard.

Realtek USB Audio (UAD) 6.3.9600.2360 NEW !! from DELL not working for MSI :(
CodecExtOem_RTK_70
RealtekASIO_10
RealtekHSA_302
RealtekService_633
RealtekUSBAPO_1096 (ASUS not updating to 1097)

Realtek USB Audio (UAD) 6.3.9600.2360 NEW !! from DELL not working for MSI :(

that's because the 2360 realtek usb audio driver is Dell specific only and not for non-Dell systems (it's very stupid & foolish of you to try to install this on an MSI board 😠 ). the realtek usb audio dell drivers only install & run on DELL SYSTEMS ONLY!

lesson learned...the hard way; never install a new usb audio driver version coming from another manufacturer

ok I understand, but that's why I posted here, I want MSI to create version 6.3.9600.2360 for the current new motherboards as well. Why is ASUS or DELL in everything that comes out new, why can't MSI be the same?
