Hi not update to last driver Realtek USB Audio Driver (UAD) Version 6.3.9600.2330 ? from MSI website

Are these drivers digitally signed?

of course they are. digitally signed by Realtek AND co-signed by Microsoft (aka. WHQL)
and Lord44 is NOT using the official link (no need to post it on a 3rd party site as MSI has officially released it on their web site as version 6.4.0.2406, not 6.3.9600.2406 as Lord44 incorrectly listed in one of his previous posts)

Do you know any way to circumvent this block?

not without using "modded" or modified audio drivers, which is at your own peril or risk (neither me nor others will be held responsible - so you're on your own on this one); circumventing this will never work with official un-modded Realtek audio drivers.
if you really wanted to use DTS on non-supported devices, check out this guy's DTS DCH driver (for most Realtek HDA devices) or this one (for usb devices including Realtek USB Audio) from another forum (he's sort of an expert on the DTS stuff) and post your results there instead of here.
