After installing Realtek USB Audio 6.4.0.2443 https://download.msi.com/dvr_exe/mb/realtek_audio_USB_R.zip i noticed the Sound Effects Option is missing in Realtek Audio Console so i don't have Equalizer and Loudness Equalization now. Headphone Virtualization/Virtual Surround Option is also missing. Enhancements tab is also missing in mmsys.cpl.

MSI needs to fix it.

Same issue confirmed (Z690 tomahawk wifi-ALC4080, MSI official 6.4.0.2430->6.4.0.2443), and remove/reinstall driver don't work.
I had to use DriverStoreExplorer to remove all Realtek USB audio-related drivers (force removal is necessary), then reinstall official MSI driver.

However, reinstalling the Realtek Audio Control APP kept failing, so I used the offline package here to complete the process.

Just confirmed LineOut/SPDIF/audio enhancement/equalizer are all running normally.

Determination was too chaotic and uncertain, so no records were kept, including what to remove.

But based on other suggestions, you should first complete the normal driver uninstallation process.
