That is what I am currently doing with my display adapter too. But those bad driver files keep coming back, becuase they aren't removed after uninstalling them. I have it for my display adapter too.

The first driver ever installed was the OEM drivers.

C:\Windows\INF\...

These folders are in use if Windows does a auto driver install or the Intel by installer. Here OpenCL.dll is not signed and other drivers files have missing information.

C:\SysWow64\...
C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\...

The problem is that I can't remove those folders below without uninstall them and config windows that they are removed.
 
This is how I can stop windows from auto update my drivers, but one day I need to enable this and then this issue starts again. So I need to delete those folders.

 
You will need to sort that out With Microsoft
