Referring friends no longer an option in msi rewards?

As far as I remember, referring friends was an option in the "Earn the Points" section, but it no longer seems to be there..
I still do have the "Refer friends" section but that just shows the ones I have already referred.
Anyone know whats going on?

It seems MSI has cut back it's rewards program.

Maybe the point rewards go up and down with the seasons, who knows... there is no explanation or announcement that I can find.
