refresh rate not changing from 60hz - optix AG32CV

my refresh rate will not change, even when i right click on desktop and go to display and go through there. It only comes up with the only option 60 hz nothing else.
i'm using amd radeon RX 5700 graphics card with their software

I can be modified it to 1920 x 1080 @144Hz or 1920 x 1080 @165Hz with HDMI cable as attachment.

the drivere is the same, i don't understand. do you think some app or file is corrupt, maybe damaged ?

i did have it on my tv with HDMI before i got this monitor

i've changed my cable and it goes up with hdmi, i'm guessing the cable is damaged ?
