Registering Core Frozr L cooler

I want to register my new Core Frozr L for the warranty, but the site will not accept any of the three numbers on the sticker on the back of the box. One is the EAN, one is the UPC, and the last is a long one starting with E. No other information about that last number is on the sticker.
