Registration and support

I posted a specific problem under graphics card, but I don't know where to bring up another problem I'm having.
When I came here to ask about the card, I tried to register mine and right at the very last step, got a "data error" and it promptly forgot all of the info I had to look for to register the card. (fwiw, it's a RX 570 ARMOR 8Gb OC)
Also, I had hoped to find someone expert to actually talk or live chat with, but that doesn't seem to be an option on any support page, though it says that there IS a live chat function.

Took me 4 attempts and the use of dragon Center to finally register my Motherboard the process sucks need to be fixed and made way easier Sending MSI a snarky Email did make me feel a bit better but that was all it did

Well, that explains that. I guess I'll just have to keep trying.
