you have 2 options:
1: make recovery Media from MSI Center to make a backup of the OS to Reinstall the OS if needed from the Recovery Utility
2: Download the OS it has Pre-Installed EG Home or Pro from the Microsoft Store and then use that to Reinstall a Clean copy of the OS and then download the Drivers from the Product Page for your Device and then install them.

I need to download and install all the drivers?
Some of the tabs contain more than one drivers, and I need to install them all?
In the Audio tab, there are "Intel MVA Driver", "Intel Smart Sound Technology driver", "Nahimic Driver" and "Realtek Audio Driver", I need to install these four drivers?
In the "Intel Rapid Storage Technology" tab, there are "Intel Rapid Storage Technology F6 Driver" and "Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver", I need to install both?
In the "Graphics" tab, there are "Intel Graphics Driver" and "NVIDIA Graphics Driver", I need to install them?
I need to install all the "Chipset" drivers and all the "Dynamic Tuning" drivers as well?
The web cam does not need any driver?

Yes, You need to install all drivers.
MSI camera/webcame is using windows driver so there is no need to install camera driver.

Yes unless you want some things to not work and the things that have no drivers they use the generic ones that come with Windows itself so are not needed.
like where there is 3 for audio the Realtek one is the base Driver for the audio, Nahimic is for the Audio Enhancements and the Intel MVA is to drive the HDMI Port audio so like i said unless you want something not to work its better to do all of them. Intel Rapid Storage Technology both Drivers are for parts of the SSD's Control so they can be kept at good health if one is missing it may Deteriorate over time much faster as its missing functions.

"Intel Graphics Driver" and "NVIDIA Graphics Driver" well its because your Computer has 2 GPU's in it.
your CPU has a Intel HD Graphics chip on the Processor so that uses the Intel Graphics Driver
you will also have a Nvidia Graphics Card in the Machine and that uses the NVIDIA Graphics Driver
its that simple as your dealing with 2 Graphics Processors and each needs a driver to work Correctly.

no not the BIOS just the Drivers and Utilities Only BIOS is only Needed if you want to update the BIOS on the board if it has issues.

you would have to connect the External Drive and then start the PC up and Hit DEL to get into the BIOS and go into the boot menu and set the USB DVD Drive to first boot. mostly now I just use a USB Flashdrive to install the OS and Drivers as its way more Simple to do and faster.
