Remapping Volume Key with Fn to the down and up arrow?

I am using MSI Cyborg 15 - A12V that I bought almost two weeks ago. . I want to map the up and down arrow key to volume up and down while pressing the FN key. Please share a step by step process.

I do not think you can remap them since they might be controlled by EC firmware.
You can not adjust them easily by software adjustment.
