Hi guys, so I think I was a victim of a crappy Windows update (KB5074109) that caused my GPU to disconnect and show error code 45 on the display adapter device status. My GPU was NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Laptop GPU. It is a brand new laptop and a gift.. I've tried all the solutions I could find, I tried a lot, it is not even being detected in BIOS, I'm ready to just send it to an expert. It was purchased through Amazon and the warranty expires in September. Would the warranty even cover this issue? How do I send my laptop in for repairs? Or if I send it to a local computer repair shop would they uphold the warranty? How much can I expect to pay for a new GPU if the warranty won't replace it?

Since you bought the laptop from Amazon, contact Amazon's service directly for this matter.

In the Windows firmware settings,
try removing the KB5074109 update build.
Then, try updating your graphics card to the latest version.
If you can't enter the BIOS,
reboot while holding down the Shift key.
Also, if you want to enter the BIOS from the firmware,
you can correct any incorrect settings in the BIOS.
You can find the MSI Support Center here.
