I am looking for the MSI Claw left button replacement part. I have gone through with the shop where I bought the Claw and the MSI Flagship Store, but they don't have it. I hope to hear your response really soon.

Humm, not a clue, and that is a concern I tend to go through Butons and thumbsticks on normal controllers, just as well My CLAW only gets light use till we get spare parts supply

hallo i have same problem with you, my lb button broke. did you fix that already or not? did you weld with super glue or you got new replacement?

I don't understand why MSI is not selling spare parts like buttons, face plates and batteries for their handheld devices. Could someone shed some light on why they do that? I mean there is a whole side business on sites like Etsy, where people 3D print and sell face plates for the Claw 8 Ai+ in all sorts of colours. Just have a look on Reddit, many posts with people actually having collections of those plates. MSI is simply throwing money away by not realising the business opportunity here. Valve is so supportive to their Steam Deck with every imaginable part, and hardware wise the MSI Claw devices are just as good, but they are severely lacking support from MSI themselves, it's such a shame.

i have the same problem with my msi claw a1m my rb button broke and i cant find any replacement online. i wish msi sell spare parts. now my claw is useless and not handheld anymore i need to use controller. why do msi use cheap plastic in their shoulder buttons.

Ah man so sorry to hear that. This is my nightmare, to break something on my Claw, and not having the parts to be able to fix it. Did you contact MSI with your issue?
