Hello world!

My pc going so warm and cpu fan not stoping anytime, early when i just buy the pc i have the uefi click bios but after im upgrade to latest ver. everythink going crazy. I cannot boot in uefi and my noteboot is so hot. Please can you send me bios and explain me how to flash it.
