I am having serious issues with my MSI RX 470 ARMOR 4GB (Micron memory version). Currently, the card is not loading the driver is showing "Code 39" in Device Manager.
I suspect the current VBIOS is corrupted or incorrect. I have tried using the PolarisBiosEditor to troubleshoot, but I really need the factory-original VBIOS ROM to recover the card.
I recently acquired this card, and it appears it was previously used for mining. I suspect it has a modified mining VBIOS, which is why it is not recognized correctly by Windows and causing a Code 39 error. I am looking for the original, non-mining BIOS to restore the card to factory settings.

We are NOT ALLOWED to hand out VBIO's Anymore due to when GPU Mining was a Thing as People where flashing a Different VBIOS onto the cards and then Abusing the Cards with 24/7 max Load mining Loads and then selling them when there about to fail on Places like EBAY and then the people who Bought them wanted the Original VBIOS for the card to be able to RMA them so we had access to them Removed.
