I want to replace the stock screen on my GT70 with a AUO B173HW01 v.5 (the stock screen has an unpleasant graininess to it). Does anyone here have any experience with replacing screens for the GT70 specifically? The procedure for replacing LED screens looks somewhat similar for all laptops in general, but it would still be nice to know what I'm getting into before I start prying the screen apart. Does the msi gt70 notebook allow for easy customization of its LED screen? I really want to do this myself, I don't trust computer shops with my laptop, and I feel like they're going to overcharge me anyway.
