Resident Evil "Nvidia" Promo (Not the bundle)

On February 22nd, I bought an MSI Vector laptop with an RTX 5070 Ti graphics card. It came with a free Nvidia Resident Evil: Requiem game (not the one included with the monitor, but the Nvidia promotion itself). I haven't received the redemption code, and Nvidia says MSI is supposed to send it to me, but I don't know how to claim it.
