Hi I hope someone can help me with ,what seems like a trivial request.I bought my grandson a new rtx 4060 ti ventus 2 black 16gb card for a Christmas present.I purchased it from amazon, however the box received was not in good condition large Amazon label stuck on the front that won't come of easily, giving it a second hand look, there was no packaging covering the box when I received it ,I contacted Amazon to ask for them to send me out if possible another box to make it look more presentable l got nowhere .I think it is in MSI ,s interest that their components are properly despatched in mint condition. I would hope MSI can send me out a replacement box,as I am reluctant to send the whole package back,in case the card would become unavailable. I apologise for this seemingly trivial request.
Hope someone can help. Thanks

Unfortunately, it's not really MSI's fault that distributors (like amazon, newegg, etc....) handle it improperly.
In Amazon's case, they rarely box up things that are larger anymore, because they have their own delivery services. So it's cheaper, and better, for them to just ship it as is.

Sadly, just going by my own experiences, they probably won't have much to say or do about it. :/
