Hello. I have a X470 board (7B79) which has been running fine since 2019. I built the computer with a GTX 1060, but would like to revert back to using the onboard HDMI. I don't want to screw this up so would rather ask the correct way rather than just try it. I did remove the GTX card and try booting with the onboard HDMI but got no signal from the board. After replacing the GTX, it runs as normal. Do I need to reinstall MSI drivers first? Perhaps boot the system, remove the nVidia drivers, install the MSI drivers (while still running), then shutdown, remove the card and start it up again?
Thanks for any help.
