Hi guys, it's me again. Now i'm back with the review about Dying Light The Following. I knew that this game is not new anymore but DLC is new so i make a review & benchmark about it.
First, let's have a little discuss about Dying Light. "Dying Light is an open-world first person survival horror video game developed by Polish video game developer Techland and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. Announced in May 2013, it was released in January 2015 for Microsoft Windows, Linux, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The game was once planned to be released on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, but was later cancelled due to hardware limitations." - Wikipedia.
The game is about the main character Kyle Crane be sent to Harran. But now in The Following DLC, he is not only in Harran anymore, but in a whole huge area outside Harran. In this DLC, equipment and weapons are added more, such as "fabulous" weapons or SMG. Zombies are stronger. Toads and Dominator appear on street more often. New skill trees are added: "Drive" and "Legend". Oh, about drive, in The Following, Crane can drive cars to move faster. Nice, right?

And here's a little DL The Following gameplay. I play very noob so please don't laught at me :hiha:

My PC is:
I5 4460
MSI B85-G41 PC Mate
MSI R9 380 2GD5T
Seagate 1TB
PSU 600W
Now we head to the main part: Benchmark. What do you think about R9 380 playing DL at 1080p, 1440p (2K) and 2160p (4K) ? Well i made a benchmark table here. Take a look at it :lookandok:
(Nvidia Depth and HBAO were disabled in both low and high setting because i was using AMD VGA :hiha:)

Cool, right? R9 380 did well in 1080p. FPS nearly doesn't change when switch from Low Setting to High Setting. 2K Low is ok but 2K High has some problem. And in 4K, FPS is very low in both Low and High Setting.
About temperature, my VGA one was 60 to 65 Celcius degree with 50% fan speed. Not so bad :undecided:
So, in the end of review, i recommend you to choose High Setting at 1080p, or Low Setting at 2K and 4K for the best performance.

Thank you for reading! :emot-tip-wink:

nice review. I just completed the story mode and boy it's a awesome game. Wish it was longer
On my GTX 970M Oc'ed I get consistent 60-70 FPS on everything maxed out.
