does your pc case have a window?  if so then yes ..
especially if it can also backsplash up a wall ..really sets your pc off ! ^^

Personally, I prefer I simple setup without the extra fluff.  It can look great, and if I did choose some RGB lighting, I would go for red. Easier on the eyes.
