RIOT Valorant (Riot Vanguard) Problem!

Good morning, I need your help. I hope someone has some solution for my problem.
Excuse me, if I have opened the topic in a non-corresponding department!
1- Riot Valorant (and Riot Vanguard) installed.
2- After installation, I see how my PC slows down when working. Sometimes it is slow when running software, games, internet browsing and more.
2- In MSI DRAGON CENTER with the latest version 2.0.44.0 I have lost control of profiles, visualization of CPU operation.
3- You cannot turn off the PC. When it turns off, only the display turns off and the fans and LEDs stay on. The PC does not restart. I have to turn off with the POWER BUTTON holding a few seconds.
4- If I uninstall RIOT VANGUARD (without uninstalling the entire game), the PC works correctly again.

CPU    - AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
MB     - MSI MPG X570 GAMING EDGE WIFI
GPU    - MSI GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER GAMING X TRIO 8GB
RAM    - Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro Black 16GB (2x8GB) 3200MHz
SDD    - Crucial P1 500GB NVMe PCIe
POWER  - Gigabyte AORUS P750W 80 Plus Gold Modular 750W
Cooler - Cooler Master Masterliquid ML240R RGB

Kind of related to my issue as well. NO CPU Optimization or any TOOLS provided from the http://download.msi.com/manual/mb/DRAGONCENTER2.pdf PLEASE HELP!

Well, then it is all down to this single game. You will need to contact the Game support about it.

it's not the first time that maybe the anti-cheat things of the game is causing this. you should try to report to both riot and MSI imo

I have contacted the RIOT GAMES and they do not answer. So I still have the same problem. I hoped that the MSI would give me some solution in this forum

I really hate saying this, but let's think about this logically.....

If you installed Antivirus, that suddenly was telling you that Microsoft Word was a virus, what would you think?
Would you think that it's Microsoft's fault for Word being detected as a virus? 
Or would you think the Antivirus is bad at it's job for detecting something that clearly isn't a virus, as a virus?

That's where we're at with this. 

Given that Riot generally doesn't care about anyone or anything, I honestly wouldn't expect them to do anything about it. They're a terrible company. 

Your best bet is probably to contact MSI support about it, and hope they'll eventually do something. 
My understanding is that MSI's software team is working on the next version of dragon center/mystic light, but I don't have information on when it will be released at this time. It might help with this issue.

I will try to contact with MSI SUPPORT and i hope that they can help me. 
I like this game but, i don?t like how they are using this VANGUARD system, He is a very intrusive.

Your example does not really work. It is actually most of the time because we think something has no security flaws that we are exposed. Some people found zero day security breach in a lot of softwares, OS etc...
In our case, whether you like Riot or not, Vanguard is actually pointing out the real issue: MSI softwares had security flaws for several years and it has never been corrected. After an update, I had some issues with LoL and they didn't quite bother to help me, as their suggestion was that my ISP is blocking my ports.. turned out that my AV discovered it as potential risk and blocked it (whatever they've done to the code that AV algorithm decided so). But neither rito nor my AV tech support would do anything about that, one would blame the other.
MSI is aware of rito anticheat causing issues, as @Darkhawk already mentioned. But that's about it, we have no ETA for the fix.
