RMA Status Page Broken

After entering the RMA number and Serial for my product, it keeps telling me one of my entries is wrong but even copy pasting the 2 number sequences is not working. I called the customer service, which is great by the way, and one of the employees told me that page "Sometimes doesn't work", but I have yet to have it work in over a week since started this process. I hope this page is fixed soon.

-Edit- The issue was because i was getting product replacement, i had to use the new Serial Number, which was not provided yet.
