RTC wakeup doesnt work after AC power is swithched off and on.

I had enabled RTC wakeup to boot my PC every morning at say 9 AM. I shut down PC every evening.
I had noticed that as long as the AC power from wall is not switched-off the PC boots at 9AM every morning, but if AC power is switched off from wall plug even momentarily the PC wont boot automatically the next morning.
I plan to switch-off the AC power supply every evening for 5 hours and then switch-on AC power supply in the night so that the PC boots up automatically at 9 AM in the morning.
I had tried all the three options in 'Restore after AC Power Loss' but none worked.
Mobo - MSI Tomahawk Max B450 AMD.

Restore after AC power Loss has nothing to do with wake up event. I would imagine RTC wake up would be the same as other wake up method (Wake on LAN for example), it's not gonna work once you remove the power from mainboard. Keep AC power supply on and PC off should not consume any significant power.
