RTX 2060 GAMING Z 6G displayport priority?

If I have two monitors, is there an optimum displayport connection on the RTX 2060 GAMING Z 6G? In other words, is there specific displayports that should be used in this configuration or does it matter?

doesn't really matter as you can configure your monitors from the OS, However i have 3 x Monitor setup so i configured the physical ports to ensure the centre monitor is on first in Bios
