RTX 2080 Gaming x Trio 100% fan speed

Hi everyone,
i'm experiencing the same problem as in this thread.
Can anyone help me?
I've also registered a video of hwmonitor and afterburner showing that the fan "should" be spinning at 68% but in reality is going 100% (~3500rpm) at the very moment it hits 70°.
I can't rma the card because the society from who i bought it has declared bankruptcy.
What i've tried:
- cleaning the card
- moving it
- adding more vertical support other than the bracket provided by msi (always used)

I refuse to belive that i should try some solutions to keep my gpu under 70° because it should be capable of running on much higher temperatures.

You can check with MSI directly if the company went bankrupt.
It can also be faulty bearings in the fan(s) or something up with the controller. If you take a look at ebay or aliexpress, you may find a set of replacement fans.

Repasting and changing the thermal pads would possible fix it from the past experience with this particular issue.
However, if the GPU is under warranty, then best RMA it to get it fixed.
