My RTX 3060 Ti Gaming X LHR is reaching 83 degrees temperature in 100% gaming use, and 51 degrees in sleep mode.

This is normal?

83c is normal its Nvidias Target temp as its overclocking itself to a higher frequancy then advertised and is aiming at 80-83C before it stops trying to push the frequancy.

51c in sleep is normal too as all NVIDIA cards run between 49-59C when idle in 0% fan mode

So I don't need to worry?
Thank you for help me.

its within normal operating range so your all good. cards since the 900 series GPU's from Nvidia have been running hotter and hotter and can make you think something is wrong when its normal.

the card uses GPU boost where it will boost its core clock till it hits one of several Limits
1: Power Available (Runs out of Power)
2: Frequency Instability (if it detects errors happening)
3: Temp Target (usually between 80C and 83C) <--- that is the most common one it hits first and that is what your card is limiting on.

Well....i have the same GPU and the most high temperature that i had was 69° with the room temperature very hot....i think you have probably a case airflow problem....normally it stays on heavy load in 65° and idle on 35°/40°

When you say this also list your Fan curve as it can make a massive difference If I run max 55% fan curve with zero fan noise I hit 80c but if I use 100% it not get over 50c and my ears will start to bleed

No fan curve!!! it's on default....i didn't need do set a custom fan curve and zero frozen is activeted....on idle with zero fan it stays between 36-43 degrees
