RTX 3060 Ventus 2X thermal pad thickness

I have an RTX 3060 Ventus 2X
It is heating up alot
Any idea what is the thermal pad thickness?
I wanted to try copper
So what thickness should I use?

And why not re-paste the GPU core eventually, but changing thermal pads?
