RTX 4070 not detected after first boot everyday but shows up after restart

Hello,

Graphics card is not being detected in Device Manager after first boot of PC every day but it shows up automatically if I just restart the PC.
I can see the fans are spinning on graphics card so it's not power supply issue atleast.
Appreciate if anyone has had similar issue and got a fix for this.

This is a known problem on the AMD board with the Nvidia RTX 4070 and 4080 series GPU

Please update to the latest BIos of rollback to AGESA 1.0.0.7 for whatever Motherboard you have
