Still same temp at 75C 99% powerdraw in idle mode after reboot :(

Bugged idle (from what I googled) :
35W – 55W+ (This indicates the 26H2 update is keeping the card in a gaming power state).
Edit: Powerdraw is up to 250W at the moment also I checked the powersaving managament in Nvidia conrol panel its set to Normal and latest BIOS (7D91vHJ) is installed.

I canceled the tmp file now its just the Security protection running 99%....for whatever reason
Doing a DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth now

EDIT: Hmmm I turned off Core Isolation now its back to normal temp, powerdraw!

"In recent updates, Microsoft often forces the Memory Integrity feature, which is resource-intensive and can cause conflicts."

The win 11 26H2 update did that to me eventhough I uninstalled the update, also I wonder why it affects the gpu not the cpu.

But I want the Core isolation On to be safe... Is there a way to fix this would be much apreciated, thank you!

I always keep this one disabled.

If that's really the issue, not much but to wait microsoft & nvidia for a future fix.
Or roll back to prevision windows update.

The issue now is I cant turn the Core isolation back on to troubleshoot, due to some incompatible Logitech drivers
In other words this problem got nothing to do with MSI from what I understand but a nvidia fix would prob sort some of the full powerdraw issue.
This explains the situation: Why do incompatible drivers prevent using memory integrity
