RTX 5070 and boot problems

I have recently change my graphics card from MSI RTX 3060ti Gaming to MSI RTX 5070 Inspire.
After that my computer started randomly "freezeing" at boot - I can see Windows logo and spininng circle, but it stops, and after that monitor goes blank, like it have lost signal.
I need to restart once or twice before Windows loads properly.
My motherboard is MSI X670E Gaming Plus (BIOS version 7E16v1B).
Reinstallation of the system did not help at all.
I am using latest nVidia and chipset drivers.

Last time I had this problem, it was due to a faulty USB device, and it took quite a while to find the faulty device, as it was still working fine, just causing the odd system freeze every now and then
