Even though the graphics card is 175W, I can't get it to go above 130W in games. I can reach this value in graphics card stress tests. I want to get the maximum power from my graphics card.

Which exact model, please?
According to the picture showing the GPU usage is at 99%, but power is only around 88W.
In that case, it usually means one of these:
- The game simply doesn’t require more power (lighter workload even at high usage)
- A frame rate cap / V-Sync is limiting performance
- The system is in a lower performance profile (Balanced / Silent mode)
- Dynamic Boost isn’t allocating extra power from the CPU side

Stress tests are designed to push voltage and power to the limit continuously. Games don’t always behave that way, even at 99% usage.
Make sure you’re in Extreme/High Performance mode, plugged in, and try disabling V-Sync or FPS caps to see if GPU power increases.
