hello, I'm back again, I kept testing the fans from the Vide board, I noticed that the last fan both at 30% and at 100%, I can't record the sound because of the fans, I can't figure out if it's resonance or the fan itself, it sounds as if it were touching something metal, I removed the board, I cleaned the fans, I made sure it didn't touch the wires, everything is ok, I wonder if someone else has noticed this sound

Fan chop, so something is bouncing the air back towards the fans, or another fan is interfering with the GPU

I have a fractal north xl case, the fans are the stock ones that came with the case, the thing is that it has done this before or I didn't realize it, there are other people who have suffered this, nush what should I do, I checked everything seems fine

I tried all the options, is it a reason for the warranty?
That is up to you, just make sure you send as much evidence as possible of the noise as it may not do it on an open test bench

Fan noise is usually caused by either the CPU or the GPU.
If you cover the camera with your hand and upload the video,
we won't be able to identify the cause.
Please upload a Windows screenshot or
a video recorded on a mobile device.

what does it have to do with the fact that I covered the camera with my hand, the sound in this video can be heard quite well, it has nothing to do with the fact that I covered the camera, I'm not crazy, I recorded exactly close to the last fan of the video card

The fan noise is likely coming from either the CPU or the GPU.
It’s hard to tell which one is making the noise without a camera.
However, it seems like the GPU is being overclocked at first.
If the load is light, it’s best not to overclock the GPU.
It’s safer to go into the NVIDIA app,
navigate to System, then Performance Settings,
and overclock there specifically to ensure compatibility.
You can adjust the fan speed in the NVIDIA app.

the video card is not overclocked, it is only in gaming mode, and in silent mode it is the same, and the fact that at the beginning it sounds louder and then slower is because I set the fan to go faster so that I can record

it's more than likely a problem with the fan, otherwise I can't figure out why it's doing this
Is just a good idea to send as much proof as you can so they understand the problem better

Contact MSI directly and see what they say

answer received from the people at msi, now I don't know what to do if I send it and they don't fix it and they give me a replacement that has also been refurbished, I wouldn't give something new for something that was used and refurbished, what do you advise me to do?
