RTX30 Series Laptop- REVIEW AND RECEIVE PROGRAM questions

Hello,
bought a GE76 Raider 10UH-288 and registered it on my MSI Member Center, filled the Review for it (My Reviews) with everything needed, from snapshots of the review left on the seller's website (Cyberport Germany) to all other details (review is listed as "In progress" on the MSI MC) but even so:
1. In My Products, "Relative promotion" for this laptop shows "no result"
2. when i access the "RTX30 Series Laptop- REVIEW AND RECEIVE PROGRAM" Promotion page, I don't have the option to select it on the footer "My Products" section (only "+Product registration" and "Redeem Guide" are available)

What am I doing wrong or what should I be doing to benefit from this promotion? By all rules and Conditions, this purchase is eligible (pre-purchased on 05.02.2020, registered it on 16.02.2020, eligible model and country) and even though I see the rules state "Verification may take up to 14 business days. Incomplete Event registration information may result in additional processing time of up to fourteen (14) business days if You are required to provide additional information." I have no clue if the process is fully automatic or do i need do manually do something more

I'm exactly the same, I'm on a GP66 Leopard. I got reply from my web ticket yesterday saying they would send a code by the end of the day but still have no code. Reopened the ticket so hopefully will hear something soon.

Well, at least you receive something that made sense and didn't make you burst out in laughter. The response i got to my web ticket was:
"Are you sure you bought the right GE76? Are you sure you are registered MSI member? How about you register as a member and then register the laptop?"

I kid you not....that above, as a reply to a web ticket that can only be created by a registered MSI Member and coming from a support operator that had full access to my profile along with the list of registered devices. Waiting for a new reply, maybe a more competent one

Thank you for clearing that out Darkhawk. Personally, and i don't think PSNKiller either, didn't expect you guys having any say in promotional regards. I was looking for people that managed to benefit from this promotion and maybe find out what i was doing wrong. Still waiting for a response on my web ticket (my product review got approved in the meantime) but if patience is all it takes, i have to say the lack of transparency in regard to this promotion's individual progress is pretty jarring. I have no clue if my product, eligible and registered with all it's required documentation and with all required promotional steps done is even recorded anywhere as part of this promotion

I have same problem as described here. MSI customer service is kind of joke, nobody ansewring question tickets, nobody is answering phones. I bought laptop which is eligible for promotion worth 100$ USD with steam code, but i will not receive it because its impossible from my point and nobody cares. This is my first MSI purchase, and seems to be the last.

Disappointingly true I'm afraid....reached out to MSI Germany customer service about it and got a fast reply pointing me to a list of "active" promotions and saying this one isn't one of them. Pointed back at the exact, still active promotion page on their own website and they gave me the marketing service's email address to deal with them directly. Hey, at least my review for it, on the MSI Member Center got "approved" so at least something's moving somewhere....

Final update: My ticket was handled and it was explained to me that by the Promotion's rules, i wasn't qualified to benefit for it because of one of them, specifically "**customer should purchase the product in the same location.". In my case, I purchased the laptop online, from Germany and had it shipped to me in Romania - I must add that i did this on purpose on one side because it wasn't available in my country for pre-purchase, and on the other side, i would have done the same even now, when a variant of of GE76 is available in my country, because the shop selling it has a notorious bad reputation for selling counterfeit, "used" promoted as "new" or dropshipped from other more lax about QC markets, products. So yes, that's my mistake and i wasn't aware of that rule for this promotion (truthfully, it would have had 0 impact on my decision to purchase it from another country). Honestly and as one can imagine, I didn't plan on making a big fuss about it (rules are rules) and after spending 4000 euros on the laptop, the promotion value lost is kind of petty to me.

However, the MSI Customer Support guys decided that for this situation a exception can be made and after asking me to resend photos of the labels on the unit's back, valid Steam codes worth $100 (about 80 euros) were sent to me directly via email. So credit goes where credit is due and in this case, it was fully earned by the MSI Customer Support operators that handled my ticket.
