Hello, i am having some tempature and instability problems for my RX 5700 XT Gaming X.
Including Green Screen crashes and other stuff.
I wanna upgrade my vBIOS from MSI itself, but i can't find the files for it. And i have no idea where is the option on LiveUpdate6.
Can someone help me to find the latest vBIOS update file or show me where is the option for it on LiveUpdate6?

My current BIOS is 017.001.000.049 , BIOS Date 2019/11/15 01:51

Alright, i'll try to ask them. If they won't repsonse tho, is there any other way for me to get the vBIOS? without destroying my warranty of course.

From DC & LiveUpdate or MSI eventually.
But they can provide you with such usually only due some special reason.

Test the card in another PC.
What PSU you are using?
System specs? >>Posting Guide<<

Added to my profile now. I've already upgraded my PSU but sadly, that's not the case of the problem.
I don't have another PC to test on sadly. And last time i've had an GPU and it was MSI Radeon RX 5700 MECH GP OC 8GB GDDR6 256 Bit.
I was having the same problems on that graphics card as well. I've sent that card many times to the MSI and soon, they sent me RX 5700 XT Gaming X
But sadly, i am still having the same problems, some problems doesn't accure after changing my psu like performance stutters but it still does Green Screen very rarely (like, after uninstalling and re-installing drivers)

And lately, i have been having tempature issues. Normally with Zero Frozr on, i was getting 71-74 Tempature max in any game at 1080p max settings. But now, in games like Overwatch it got over 85.

Also, Zero Frozr doesn't work on 60 tempature, it only actives itself on 70.

Then high likely the problem isn't in the cards.
But something on your computer.

Do you have any OC applied?

Including Green Screen crashes and other stuff.
What kind of crashes?
BSOD? Lockup? Reboot? Something else?
And when its happens while doing what?
Have you checked for logged errors in Windows event logs?

I have done an OC that is premade to stabilize my Performance, but after seeing 85°C and only incerasing more on game like Overwatch i took the OC back. Other than that i didn't do any overclock on my CPU or Rams.

As for crashes, my PC freezes like crazy for 10 seconds after quitting from CoD MW, GTA or any kind of game that wants mid/high-end pc. It rarely happens even on CS:GO.
After driver updates, i rarely get Green Screen crash. It crashes my whole PC, the screen goes black but my Keyboard/Mouse's Led's are still on. Plus PC is still running, doesn't re-boot itself or anything like that. It just crashes and freezes my pc with Green Screen and after a few seconds later it goes completely black with my PC still running. And i haven't recieved any kind of BSOD after upgrading my PSU, but still, Green Screen rarely crashes my pc after upgrading or downgrading to the older version of my Radeon Driver.

And no, i haven't checked the logged erors in Windows Event Logs. (Mainly, i do not know how to check on it, or spot the problem that makes my screen go Green, and then crash my pc completely. and don't re-boot like it should be.)

Also, today i've encountered an visual glitch on CoD MW that it shouldn't be, i am not sure if its the game or its what my PC's doing. So i am just going to Attach it here.

If you keep it stock, do you still have this issue?

check it under computer management, system tools, event viewer, windows logs, System

The upgraded PSU is the one from your signature or different?

Can't you test it in a friend PC?

Sometimes, yes. But i've checked the fans and the fan speeds and they were normal. Plus, the problem i've had on warzone still happens.

check it under computer management, system tools, event viewer, windows logs, System

What i should need to check on there to spot the problem of causing performance stutters and cause of an green screen?

It is one from my signature. Full modular version.

Can't you test it in a friend PC?
I've already tried that 3 months ago. He has an old intel cpu and ddr3 2x8gb rams with 500W Psu. We had no problem of running games on it, and they ran pretty smoothly. Not like on my pc.

BSOD events, WHEA events

That PSU looks suspicion to me.

Do stress test CPU/Memory, with Prime95: [https://www.mersenne.org/ftp_root/gimps/p95v303b6.win64.zip]
Large In-Place FFTs
Small FFT's
leave it to test at least for 8 hours.

How so, and if its the PSU, how do i know that?

I've tried Prime95, Furmark, Heaven Benchmark and Superposition Benchmark.
Prime95 : Nothing really happened and none of the core's closed down.
Furmark : Same with Prime95, nothing happened.
Heaven Benchmark : I was getting 144fps, but at night scenes my pc started to stutter. It wasn't a big stutters and it disappeared like 5 miliseconds after. But it did stutter while camera going from an night scene. Everything was on Extreme and on 2K settings.
Superposition Benchmark : I was getting around 20-15fps on 2K res with Extreme settings, and 41-28fps on 1080p Extreme pre-settings.2K got 3001 points and 1080p got 5107 points.

Sadly tho, other than Heaven benchmark i've had none of the problems.
