RX 580 4gb armor oc

hope u are all alright
i just wanna to say hello to every one working in msi and all people on forum
i need to ask only question to people who own my same card or to any one of supporters
my RX 580 seems to drop some frames in many games so i wanted to be sure if the old user i bought the card from him is using the correct bios
here is image from my gpuz
and when i went to card specs from msi page i found different that memory is 7000 mhz but mine in gpuz is only 1750 which make no sense to me
so can any one tell me what's wrong with this card

That's not possible to be checked, we don't provide vbios anymore for GPUs:
but you can try ask msi here: >>How to contact MSI.<<

That's right clocks, you should multiple that number by 4 to get the effective memory speed, because it's double/quad date rate.
i.e: 1750*4 =>7000

If your dropping frames enable V-Sync or Free-Sync in the game settings.
Or try with Radeon Enhanced Sync enabled
