Hi everyone, sorry if i make some spelling mistakes during this post.
I really need support : my gpu bricked after a bad bios version that i downloaded from techpowerup, eveything was fine before the flashing.
I did it because i though i would maybe perf in games and bla bla bla, it didn't go as planned...

WHAT I ALREADY TRIED : i tried flashing it with an other gpu, the prob is that when i was on the ATI FLASH software, the "broken" graphics card was not showing up, only the gpu that was working (a very old one)
I specially bought the CH341A programmer to manually re programm the chipset bios, i went on techpowerup and downloaded the latest bios version of the RX 6900XT MSI GAMING X TRIO, it didn't worked... and not because i made a mistake in the process but something esle

I was then thinking, if it's possible that techpowerup wasn't giving the latest version for this graphic card? can someone plssss tell me and even send me ,if this is posible, the latest BIOS version of the 6900XT MSI GAMING X TRIO, OR at least tell me if this version : 020.001.000.060.000000, is the latest of all (for the rx 6900xt gaming x trio), because i have the impression that it's not the latest, so that's why even with the CH341A programmer the bios chip doesn't wanna work.

How can i know what is the stock stock bios of this GPU when it was manufactured?? Is is written on some papers or something?

The card was bought this year*

Thanks a lot for those who are ready to help, because i am really desperate :( :( :(

You can not Cross flash an AMD GPU 6000 series and up, if it had been a 5000 series you'd be good but AMD locked the bios down on 6000 series so it could not be reflashed with a different one.

MSI Do the bios in batches each batch has slightly different V-Bios if you did not save your original V-Bios before the flash as the program would have suggested you do then you are out of luck MSI will not honour the warranty if GPU has incorrect V-Bios on it

but what do you mean i cannot "cross flash" if i just did and bricked my card...
Yep you did brick it you need to get the origin V-Bios back on it
And DO not PM me again
Without having a Dual V-Bios to fall back on not sure just what you can do if not showing up at all
It should show up as a Basicl Display driver in Device Manager or an unknown device if it is not showing up it is likely dead

Okay thanks
Can i flash it ,with the original Bios, with the CH341A programmer ?
MAy be your best bet but fact it not showing up in Windows as Basic Disply or Unkown device is a concern

The Forum Moderators and Admins are Spread globally so all are on at different times of the day one in the USA, One In Australia, two in the UK and one in the EU region And I think one is in Asia Region

And we will get back to the users generally within 24 hours of their posting depending on time zone, Work and Family commitments, and other such stuff as not one of us actually works for MSI.

Yes eventually, but may need adaptor for 1.8V.
It depends of your BIOS chip used on the GPU, you should check that 1st.
