RX6600 Display only works in safe mode, but unable to install driver in SM.

Hi.

I am currently stuck on my new build that only gives a display when in Safe Mode, and get the black screen of death in Desktop mode.

I attempted a DDU in safe mode successfully, but I am unable to install the AMD Driver as I get the Error 192 - pressumably because it is in safe mode. I am unable to install windows update either in safe mode. Anyone been through this before?

SOLVED - Swapped out the HDMI lead solved my problem, Install completed.
For anyone building a new gaming PC. Add a decent quality HDMI lead to your bucket list.
