SATA Drive not reading in disk management

SATA drive in bios and NOT in device management. Windows 11, X570 tomahawk.
Hi, microsoft convinced its mobo issue to trying my luck here as they wont help me.
I have a X570 tomahawk and after installing windows 11 my SATA drive no longer read in disk management.
The Sata dive shows up in bios though... Have tried other drives and sata cables/ports and same deal.
Ive reinstalled windows and falshed bios with latest version along with a lot of other trouble shooting.
SATA drives show up when running windows 10 off external drive. M
Anyone have similar issue or have any ideas?

No not a clue so they show up in WIN 10 as normal but with WIN 11 they are Hidden in Disk management
May be more of a question for Microsoft Windows Support to handle.

So do they appear in Device Manager
I have mine in Raid Zero so can not be seen

Yeh windows 10 is fine but then doesnt exist in device or disk manager with windows 11...
Thats what I thought too! Microsoft say that since it doesnt show in device manager the bios isnt assigning the driver for the HDD or either missassigning the driver. I have 2 unknown drivers in device manager that may be related but according to them if it doesnt show up in device manager and my bios is in correct configuration its a bios issue.
Im thinking of just downgrading but I have just came off a fresh install of windows to try and solve issue so having to set up my PC again with apps and files etc will be so painful.

Did you reconfigure your BIOS for AHCI mode or RAID mode?
If the latter, you'll need AMD's RAID Drivers ...
AHCI Mode doesn't require drivers - it has native support in Windows.
