I purchased a MSI RTX 4080 16GB GAMING X TRIO on 11/19/2023 from the MSI US Store (https://us-store.msi.com). I ended up requesting a refund RMA on 12/4/2023 because the GPU kept blue screening on my computer and my daughters computer. I tried re-imaging my computer and ruled out driver issues. Installing my old GPU resolved the issues.

Anyways, MSI accepted my refund request and provided me with an return ID, RMA info, etc. I shipped them the GPU and verified it was delivered via tracking number. I followed up with customer service at usstore@msi.com and they responded on 12/22/2023 stating that they received the return and have sent it to the returs department and that everything should process within 4-7 business days.

I have emailed them probably 10+ times since then. They are ignoring all of my emails. When I call the number on the site 1-888-796-2664 it goes straight to a recording. I have left them voicemails and they dont return my calls. I have reached out to MSI chat support and they tell me they have nothing to do with the MSI US Store and they cannot help me (I have chat transcript). They just said keep trying to email or call them.

It's been over 5 months now. They have my $1,290 graphics card and I have nothing. I have emails and documentation. Any ideas what I do from here? I feel like I have been scammed.

FYI - on the store website the return still shows 'pending'.

Outside of contacting the Better Business Bureau, or getting a lawyer, not much can be done. I'd contact MSI directly. I'd call the support, that's really the best anyone here is going to be able to do about it.
