scmii unhandled exception

I'm getting a scmii unhandled exception when I boot up my laptop. I've found other solutions on these boards and the main one is re-installing the SMC.

The problem is I can't find the SCM for my laptop. My motherboard no longer seems to be supported by MSI. Any help would be appreciated.
