I built a new desktop pc, with an MSI Mech Radeon RX 6600 XT 8GB and it was working for the past 3 days, but today it's not working. It'll turn on, but everytime I restart it, there is a new problem. Sometimes it won't show anything on the screen, it usually won't display on both monitors, but even when it does work, the screen displays everything line by line (like how images used to load when the internet was slow) This happens in windows, linux, and even in the BIOS. What do I do?
