Security Attestation Error - Black Ops 7 MP Ranked Play Issue

I tried to run BO7 Multiplayer Ranked Play today and I got a security attestation error, I have both Secure Boot and TPM 2.0 active. I also ran the Call of Duty Security Attestation Test tool and it showed that I was good to go in terms of security attestation. However, I am still getting the error. The only other possible explanation I have seen is that it is a BIOS issue and you have to update your BIOS. My motherboard is the PRO B650-VC WIFI II.

The Activision support page on this issue (https://support.activision.com/articles/trusted-platform-module-and-secure-boot#BiosFirmwareGuidance), states that if your AMD manufacturer version is AMD 3.*.0.* (where "*" stands for any number), then you need to update your BIOS. My AMD manufacturer version is AMD 6.*.*.*, which AMD also says is good for TPM Attestation (https://www.amd.com/en/resources/support-articles/faqs/pa-420.html).

Just wondering if anyone else is having this issue or has found a solution? Or is installing the most recent BIOS update for my motherboard what I should do? I haven't manually installed a BIOS update before. I have come across some posts on Reddit which state that installing a BIOS update solves this security attestation error, but I have also come across other accounts which say that it hasn't. This could very well be a Call of Duty issue, as it seems this issue is only happening with BO7 MP Ranked Play, and not Warzone Ranked Play. But any guidance or advice would be appreciated.

Please do a clear Cmos and then reflash the BIOS with the same BIOS 7E62v2A50, and once flashed, do a second Clear CMOS with the PSU unpluged
Thanks for the response. I have completed this and I still have the same issue. everything was fine before updating to A50 Bios.

When I check Security Processor it advises Attestation is not "not supported"

I realise I have different issue to you as that is passing on my system. Sorry for stealing your thread. I have contacted MSI support to see if they can help.

Have you tried to type 'tpm.msc' in Windows Run (Win+R) and on the right hand side click 'Clear TPM' to reset it to factory default?
Please be aware that reseting TPM should be last resort and might have negative effect on PC.
There are certificates, encryption keys, biometric data, activation keys for windows, Ms office and possible others as well.
So after TPM reset if your disk is encrypted you will be asked for recovery key, biometric login will not work and you might need reactivate your software, so make sure you are ready for it.

This is not generally a problem on Desk tops Computer but more of a problem with Notebooks.

But yes
Disable Bit Locker first or unencrypt drives
Make sure you have your Windows login details, not just your Windows Hello key
And finally Kick Activision in the Goonads

Go to Bios
Delete all secure boot variables
Reboot when asked
Reinstall all Factory Keys. Reboot when asked to Bios
Exit and save BIOS. Only use the F10 option to save the BIOS.
Reboot
Enter Bios
Disable TPM Save using F10 reboot to Windows
Reboot to BIOS, enable TPM
Saave using F10
reboot to windows

Can someone please have a look into this it appears BIOS related or a BIOS settings for sure?
We have been, and we are trying to find a solution with MSI.
But it may require Activision to patch the games for it to work correctly.

It can be with w11 pro 24h2 enabling it by default when MS accouint is used and device fullfill certain requirement.

I know, and I turned that off as it interferes with some monitoring and OC apps
Plus I have noticed that AMD tends not to turn it on automatically, Intel on the other hand, will activate Drive encription with out asking

It's been tested and issue can't be duplicated.
Call of Duty Warzone after updating to BIOS 7E62v2A50
Able to play in casual mode and ranked mode.

Test configuration:
MB: B850 TOMAHAWK MAX WIFI
BIOS: 7E62v2A50
CPU: 9900X3D
OS: Windows 11 25H2 (26200.7922)

Check those settings and steps at your side:
1. Registry Editor > Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecureBoot\Servicing\UEFICA2023Status = Updated
2. Windows Security\Security processor details\Attestation = Ready
3. Power Shell > type get-tpm, and check RestartPending = False
4. Install available updates in Windows Update

I know this was not in response to the issue I am having, but I just went and checked my UEFICA2023Status and it reads: notstarted.

Then, when I look through Event Viewer, I see the following error:

Looking at the MSI guidance on this issue: https://www.msi.com/faq/faq-11305, I see that it requires a BIOS update which specifically addresses the secure boot certificate issue. The MSI page says that BIOS update should include the following: "Update Secure Boot Key: Windows UEFI CA 2023 & Microsoft UEFI CA 2023". I do not see a BIOS update for my motherboard with this description, is it safe to say I will have to wait until a BIOS update with that description is addressed before I can solve this issue?

Have you tried BIOS 7E18v1D6?

I have just updated BIOS to this and still no luck. Keep getting the same error. Had a Window Security update as well after updating BIOS as well.

My UEFICA2023Status is now Updated. So I guess this was not the issue.

At a loss for what to try next to be honest. Looks like no ranked play for me in this game.

Have you checked the Attestation status? You can type "Security Processor" in Windows search bar and it opens the details.

If it shows "Not supported", click "Security processor troubleshooting" and Clear TPM, which should refresh the Attestation status to Ready.
Or try to set Secure Boot Mode to [Custom] and then back to [Standard] in BIOS?

This may be a silly question, but did you reset the BIOS after updating it? I know it does this automatically after every update, but I've found that it doesn't reset everything completely... In my case, for example, the fans curves settings remained... I didn't check it further and reset it manually just to be sure.

Yep. Security Processor in Windows is showing Attestation as "Ready"

Just checked this as well, and it doesn't seem like anything reset. All my settings are the same in BIOS as they were before I flashed it.

Are other still stuck with this issue? I could not get it working. I tried MSI support, but they did not offer anything not suggested here and then concluded it is the game. It sounds like we are about to get blocked from the game completely.
