Seeking Advice on Repair Options for MSI RTX 3090 in Japan

Hello everyone,
I hope this is the right place to seek help regarding an issue I'm facing with my GeForce RTX 3090 VENTUS 3X 24G OC. I purchased this GPU in Japan in February 2023, but unfortunately, it recently stopped working. Although all three cooling fans are still functioning properly, the device itself no longer works.
I reached out to MSI for support, and while I was willing to pay the additional fees for repairs, they ultimately declined to fix the device.
I'm now considering alternative solutions, such as finding a local repair shop in Japan. Does anyone have any recommendations or advice on reputable repair services in Japan that could help with this issue?

Dunno about GPU repair in Japan.
Maybe you can send to USA for repair?

Unfortunately, the custom law may not allow to post electronic device (GPU) to post to USA.

Do you happen to know any GPU repair service back in India?

That looks strange to me if such restriction exist. Best double check it.

Nope.
I know good place for this only in USA & Europe

There should be plenty of stores in Japan that will do the repairs if it can be repaired
Some times the cost of the repair can be more than a new gpu
