As we are all tech crazy around here a place was needed to not only describe ones machine but to show it. This place is here. Any forum user can post photos of her/his MSI system here just to show off :photo:

For how to add photos please refer to >>Forum features & how to use<<

Enough of the talking start posting :pompom:

You should see it playing anime :)

Mainly waiting on a GPU (RTX 4080 or RX 7900 XTX). What ever I can get my hands on at this point. If I cant get either then I am going to move my 2070 into it until I can get one of the 2 cards. Also thinking about adding a RGB strip in but not sure if I need it.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7700X 4.5 GHz 8-Core Processor (Purchased For $399.00)
CPU Cooler: MSI MEG CORELIQUID S360 56.2 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler (Purchased For $240.99)
Motherboard: MSI MPG X670E CARBON WIFI ATX AM5 Motherboard (Purchased For $479.99)
RAM: G.SKILL Trident Z5 Neo Series 64GB (2 x 32GB) DDR5 6000 (PC5 48000) AMD EXPO Desktop Memory Model F5-6000J3040G32GX2-TZ5N (Purchased For $509.99)
Storage: MSI SPATIUM M480 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive (Purchased For $109.99)
Storage: Toshiba MG06ACA600E 6 TB 3.5" 7200 RPM Internal Hard Drive (Purchased For $79.99)
Storage: Toshiba MG06ACA600E 6 TB 3.5" 7200 RPM Internal Hard Drive (Purchased For $79.99)
Case: MSI MEG PROSPECT 700R ATX Mid Tower Case (Purchased For $379.99)
Power Supply: MSI A1000G PCIE5 1000 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply (Purchased For $199.99)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro OEM - DVD 64-bit (Purchased For $134.99)
Custom: CableMod Right Angle PCI-e 4.0 Riser Cable (Black, 22cm) (Purchased For $69.90)
Custom: Noctua NT-H2 3.5g, Pro-Grade Thermal Compound Paste incl. 3 Cleaning Wipes (3.5g) (Purchased For $12.95)

Went overboard on the ram and payed WAY too much. However it was the only thing at the time showing on the compatibility list that was available in 64GB config.
I am a bit worried about the bend that riser cable is going to be put in once the GPU is installed.

I went with the MSI A1000G PCIE5 1000 W specifically because it has the 12VHPWR connector native. Going to upgrade to a cable mod cable though if I get the 4080 and hope it helps. 🤷‍♂️
MSI has been using that cable for a while now on the Founders 3090 cards and none of them had problems only the 4090 are a problem so kind of have to wonder if it is the Cables or the actual GPU where the problem is.

I don't have a lot to work with... but I work with what I got. Had to mod the case to fit the Rad and rip apart the cooler to get the caramelized syrup out of it, had to do that 3 times and use water pressure to clean the copper fins of the cold plate, threw in some automotive coolant and distilled water then it ran like a champ! I also took a vacuum hose and created a filter to catch any moisture then took the faceplate off the pc case and stuck the vacuum hose to the radiator which I have on the outside, with my fans pulling from the inside, and I hooked the other end of the vacuum hose up to my cooling vent, and since it was warmer outside when I did it, I was able to run super cold air through my PC by turning the A/C on, which IK sounds pretty ghetto lol but it really works well. My next endeavor won't be easy at all but it will make for a savage desktop workhorse, or I'll fail, but that's why I'm waiting until I get a new Build up and running. I feel the temps and scores I got at around 5200GHz were pretty good although in all seriousness an offset similar to +2 but less of a drop to hitting 48 on all 8cores was the sweet spot for my chip as far as power efficient low heat while still packing a punch, and that's the clock that scored my highest single and multi-core CineBench R23 to date. I use a 4800GHz clock for rendering 3d scenes and anything that takes a decent amount of time and usually when making beats or something that doesn't concern time, I just run unlimited turbo 50 to 46, or an auto adaptive +1 offset mainly just because it's quiet. I wish I had a dang GPU though, a GTX 970 or something would be sweeeeet!

Looks really nice! You could rubber cement a Darth Vader action figure in there, maybe even have the lightsaber lit up, and go MSI Red for all the RGB and just keep getting blacked out accessories.

Looked better on the table :p

*sigh* I have to take my entire setup apart soon to put it into a new case with new cooler.....
I need to stop buying MSI hardware so much...... :rofl2:
MSI MEG Prospect 700R is on it's way.....with a Deepcool LT720 (cause MSI's coolers are.....meh at cooling). Hopefully this helps keep the 13900K a little bit cooler.

Ya I had to redo the entire case Water cooler had to be moved from the top as it covered the Debug
Swapped out the PSU with the MSI MPG A1000G
Was not going to use the Cable extensions but as the connection was tight as all hell on the 24-pin I did not want to risk it getting stuck.
And it was way tight but fitted in the cable extension with no problems at all.
GPU starting on the third slot is a bit of a problem not sure if I could get a 3 slot plus in there with the RAID dock as well
The rear case fan covers part of the dragon Logo, like what the hell who messed up that in designs?
Can not get the RGB to match the same shade of Blue.o_0o_0:worthless:
Yes I gave up and turned on the :poop::poop::poop: RGB since every fragging component has it now besides the SSD and PSU.

MSI needs to produce a good AMD GPU before I would get one,
AMD GPU should have the same Configs as the Nvidia ones A Suprim 7900XTX Water cooled would be nice to see.
At least they put Dual Vbios on the 7000 series.

That thing is like almost $700 over here
It can stay in the shop at that price

I mean, if AMD would just make a 'good' GPU to begin with, maybe MSI would then..... :p
All joking aside, yeah, they really should. I thought they used to make 1 or 2 water cooled AMD GPU's, but that might've been a while ago now that I think about it.

Over here, that case is a bit better, not much, but a bit.....

I swapped out the AM5 Mounting Bracket

It really needs to be Black as it just stood out like a sour thumb with the BeQuiet AIO

That looks awesome. But some advice about your AIO. I'd have the pipes coming out of the radiator at the bottom on the case as opposed to the top. If you end up with air in there it could damage your system. If you have then at the bottom, any air that ever gets into the system will be trapped at the top of the radiator with nowhere to go.
