Hi all!
I bought a PRO MP241 monitor and there was 2 promotions - registering I'd get a Bluetooth speaker, by being a student I'd get a webcam. Preety awsome!
I registered, sent the info they asked (SN, Invoice, photo of the student ID card) and received an e-mail on december 15 confirming my eligibility and that they sent the stuff to my adress, but there's no more information...
on the redeem instructions (http://download.msi.com/archive/mnu_exe/pdf/2020/Smart-learning-with-PRO_See-full-instruction.pdf) on page 21 appears an example where there's a tracking no. but mine never showed that and now says "activity ends".
will I receive the stuff? has anyone received it yet? how long did it take? did You had a tracking number? any contact where I can ask these questions? the mail I received is one of those noreply...

I have the same problem as you, I've contacted MSI support, they expect delivery 30-60 days from approval date. Mine was approved on 4.12.2020, and still no delivery to this date.

Hey, I have the same exact problem, in the web page it said that the promotion lasted until January 14 so it seems normal to not get more info until then, but now they should start updating the state of the reedem soon.
